Once a product leaves a factory warehouse, Chinese manufacturers consider it accepted—therefore, full responsibility for inspection lies with us, and we take it entirely upon ourselves.
We guarantee that all items fully match the order specifications and take responsibility for the absence of visible defects at the moment of container loading.

How the Inspection Is Conducted

Once the factory confirms that the order is ready, our quality specialists visit the production site or receive the goods at the warehouse. We check:

• Full compliance with the order: model, materials, color, finishes, dimensions, and configuration
• Absence of visible defects
• Structural integrity and assembly quality

Specific inspections include:

• Upholstered furniture: filling density and consistency, seating comfort, seam quality, and absence of distortions
• Wood products: edge finishing, veneer and solid wood quality, joints and connections
• Painted surfaces: even coating, no stains, drips, or imperfections
• Metal elements: no scratches, chips, cracks, or galvanic defects
• Ceramics and stone: no chips or cracks
• Plumbing, SPA systems, and jacuzzis: water testing and full functional checks

If any defect is identified, the product is not accepted. The factory either corrects the issue or fully replaces the item.

Our Approach

We work exclusively with trusted factories and continuously develop our own internal supplier rating system. This allows us to select the most reliable partners and consistently maintain high quality standards.
Any issues related to defects are always resolved in favor of the client. Our goal is to eliminate all risks associated with ordering furniture from China, ensuring a secure and confident experience at every stage.

Deposit
To initiate the project, we sign a contract and secure the collaboration with an initial deposit.

Minimum deposit amounts:

• $500 for an online project
• $2,500 for a furniture tour

The deposit is fully deducted from the final order value.

Deposit payment methods:

• Bank cards
• International transfer (SWIFT)
• Transfer to our company account in Uzbekistan
• Transfer to our company account in Kazakhstan
• Transfer to our corporate account in China (USD / CNY)

Once the deposit is received, a dedicated personal manager is assigned and work begins immediately.

Order Payment
To start production, factories require a 50% advance payment of the order value.
After the payment is received, furniture production begins.
Once manufacturing is completed, we conduct a quality inspection that includes:

• Compliance with order specifications
• Material and finish quality
• Absence of visible defects
• Photo and video report

The remaining 50% balance is paid after your approval of the inspection results.
After the final payment, the items are transferred to our warehouse and the container is booked.

We accept payments through the following options:
1. Uzbekistan Company Account (UZS / USD)
Convenient for clients based in Uzbekistan or operating within this jurisdiction.
Payments via bank transfer, cards, and corporate accounts.
2. Kazakhstan Company Account (KZT / USD)
Suitable for clients from Kazakhstan or those working with Kazakh banks.
3. Chinese Corporate Account (USD / CNY)
An optimal solution for international clients.
USD payments are automatically converted into CNY at the official Chinese bank rate.
4. SWIFT Transfers
Available for clients from other countries.
5. Bank Cards
Card payments are available for deposits and selected services.
If required, we are ready to offer alternative payment solutions tailored to your needs.

Payment for Delivery & Services
Delivery, customs clearance, and logistics services can be paid to:

• Our Uzbekistan company account
• Our Kazakhstan company account
• Our Chinese corporate account (USD / CNY)

Once the payment is received, we confirm container booking and shipment.

Guarantees & Responsibility

We sign an official contract with every client, clearly defining the scope of services, timelines, responsibilities, and guarantees. All commitments are documented, ensuring full transparency at every stage of the process.
Before shipment, we personally inspect each item, including materials and assembly quality. Every product undergoes visual inspection, photo documentation, and packaging according to our internal standards. We take full responsibility for the absence of external defects and for the safety of the goods up to the moment the container is sealed.

Our Commitments

We treat every order with the highest level of responsibility and assume financial liability in all cases that depend on our work.
We are responsible for:

• Any non-compliance with the approved specifications
• External defects or damage identified prior to container loading
• Damage caused by our actions during loading and container placement
• Missing items
• Delays caused by our side

We assume responsibility only for processes that are directly under our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for:

• Errors or delays related to the client’s customs broker (if clearance is not handled by us)
• Penalties, delays, or additional costs caused by the client’s broker
• Damage occurring during container unloading at the destination by third-party services

Exchange & Returns

If a defect occurs due to our fault and was not identified during the inspection stage, we take full responsibility and offer the client a choice of:

• Free replacement shipment
• 100% compensation of the item’s value

Confidentiality

We carefully protect our clients’ personal data and do not share information with third parties without consent.
Before publishing reviews, videos, or any materials that reference a client, we always request prior approval.

How the Process Works

We prepare a complete set of export documents, including invoices, packing lists, HS codes, factory confirmations, and logistics documentation. All procedures are carried out officially through a certified exporter.
2. Clearance in the Destination Country
Upon container arrival, clearance is handled by the client’s customs broker or our local partner in your country. All details are coordinated in advance to avoid delays and unexpected costs.

On average, customs formalities take 1–3 business days. Exact timelines depend on the destination country and port congestion.

Costs

Customs duties and charges are determined by:

• HS codes of the goods
• Cargo weight and volume
• Regulations and tariff rates of the destination country
• Port fees

We prepare an accurate packing list based on factory data for your specific order. This document is used by the broker to calculate all applicable duties and taxes.

Container Delivery Process

After full payment of the order, the complete logistics process is initiated:

• Documentation coordination and preparation
• Export clearance in China
• Container loading and sealing
• Transportation to the port
• Chinese customs clearance
• Vessel loading
• Sea freight
• Port charges at the destination
• Bill of lading issuance (original or telex release)
• Transfer of responsibility to the client’s customs broker

We monitor every stage and provide regular updates on the container’s status.

Delivery Method

We ship furniture in dedicated containers, ensuring maximum protection and eliminating the risk of damage during transit. Each container holds only your items, and it is opened at the destination—directly at your home, office, or warehouse.

Using a single container for the entire order helps reduce logistics and customs costs. All items travel together as one shipment, minimizing the risk of scratches, dents, and other damage that often occurs when goods are shipped in multiple batches.

We work with two standard container sizes: 20 ft and 40 ft. The choice depends on the volume and dimensions of the order and directly affects the final transportation cost.
